The prices above are for up to a 3 storey house. Each additional floor: £10.00

If I arrive and the fire is unsafe or unusable, and I cannot sweep it, I will offer advice on how it can be made safe and will charge £30.00 for the call out.
If you have an emergency problem (i.e. no heating, recent chimney fire etc) I can attend at short notice at a charge of the above rates plus £30.00.
If you have more than one chimney in the same house these will be reduced by £5.00 per chimney. If you can arrange a neighbour to be swept at the same time, each chimney will be reduced by £5.00.
Please look after your certificates, these are required for insurance purposes, landlords and solicitors if you sell the property etc Replacement of lost certificates will incur a £5 administration fee.
